Garlic and Coriander Naan Breads

Ingredients
3 servings
600gstrong bread flour
1 tspnigella seeds
½ tspsalt
2 Tbspyogurt
1 Tbspoil
300mlwater
room temp
1 tspyeast
1 tspsugar
1 Tbspoil

Instructions
Step 1
Add the yeast and sugar to the water, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes
Step 2
Combine with all the other ingredients and knead for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Let sit for an hour in an oiled bowl covered with cling film, cut into 3-4, form into balls, and let sit covered for another hour.
Step 4
Melt the butter, crush the garlic, and chop the coriander, and combine, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Stretch the dough out , lay it on a pan/grill on high heat for 4 minutes, brush down with garlic butter before grilling/ broiling for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Both these steps can be done at the same time on the new Ninja Gadget.
Step 7
Serve up with your favourite curry!
