Instructions

Step 1
Heat up milk, butter, and salt to above room temp. Add cold egg to bring back to room temp. Make a yeast starter: water, yeast, sugar. Add yeast starter to mixture and mix with paddle. Knead flour and xanthan gum in until its dough consistency just a little sticky. Let rise, punch down and make into rolls. Let them raise cook at 325-350 until lightly brown. Add butter to top.
