Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut carrots and capsicum into thin sticks
2. Soak noodles in boiling water (according to pack)
3. Mix oil, soy sauce, chilli, garlic and ginger together in a bowl
4. Steam carrot and capsicum in a little bit of water in a frying pan with the lid on until tender
5. Add cooked noodles and sauce to the pan and mix together
