Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large skillet, saute onion & garlic in 2 tsp avocado oil until tender. Add the spices; cook 1 minute longer. Add the pork, cheese, cilantro, salsa & lime juice. Cook until cheese is melted.
Step 2
2. Warm up your tortillas in the oven with a spritz of avocado oil spray as you roll your tortillas. This will prevent them from breaking when you roll them up!
Step 3
3. Divide filling among tortillas & roll up tightly. Place taquitos on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes.
Step 4
4. Serve with favorite sides and enjoy!
