sweet pepper
200glean beef mince

½ tsptaco seasoning
tomato puree
150gdry conchiglie pasta
140gnacho cheese sauce
30gPhiladelphia lightest
20glightly salted chips
crushed
20glighter cheddar
Instructions
Step 1
Dice a white onion and sweet pepper of choice
Step 2
Fry off 200g of lean beef mince in salt, pepper and tsp of garlic
Step 3
When almost cooked add a tsp of oregano, 1/2 tsp of taco seasoning and tomato puree
Step 4
I boiled 150g dry conchiglie pasta in salted water (I used this shape as it doesn’t suck up the sauce as much)
Step 5
Then add 140g of a nacho cheese sauce I used a fiesta Mesa one but doritos do one too and 30g @philadelphia_uki lightest (optional you could also stir in some salsa at this point but I’d ran out) loosen with pasta water if required
Step 6
Pop in a dish with 20g of crushed lightly salted chips and I used 20g lighter @cathedral_city_uk cheddar under the grill until melted
