Step 1
Preheat oven at 180°C
Step 2
Place baking parchment into greased tin
Step 3
Roast nuts in oven for 6 mins
Step 4
Soften butter and mix with sugar with a whisk
Step 5
Add eggs and whisk till smooth
Step 6
Add milk and vanilla extract with whisk
Step 7
Mash bananas and whisk into batter
Step 8
Add flour, baking soda and salt
Step 9
Switch to spatula and gently stir till ingredients are barely combined and no more flour visible
Step 10
Add cinnamon, cardamom and nuts then gently stir
Step 11
Pour batter into pan and smooth over with spatula
Step 12
Bake for 40 mins and check if fully baked
Step 13
Remove and let it cool for 10 mins
Step 14
Remove from pan and let it cool for further 10 mins
