Instructions

Step 1
Place the chicken, herbs and spices, garlic and onion in the slowcooker with one-third of the stock, stir and season to taste. Cook on high for 2 hours, stir and cook for another 45 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the creme fraiche, top the pasta with the breadcrumbs, Parmesan and mozzarella and cook for another 10 minutes to melt the cheese. If you have an ovenproof slow cooker pot, place it without the lid into a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 7-10 minutes to crisp the topping.
