Instructions

Step 1
Place pork chops in slow cooker. Layer onion, pepper, and mushrooms on top. In bowl, combine tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the pork and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
