Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water, then leave to cool a little
Step 2
Cream together the eggs and sugar with a whisk
Step 3
Add the melted chocolate and vanilla
Step 4
Sieve the dry ingredients in and fold until only just mixed together
Step 5
Add choc chunks and mix through slightly at this stage, save some for sprinkling on top
Step 6
Pour into lined brownie tin and sprink remaining chocolate on top
Step 7
Bake 170 degrees (fan) for 18-20 min
