Instructions
Step 1
Cut buns into small equal sized cubes
Step 2
Fry them in a pan until they are a little golden brown. Set aside
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, and green chilli. Saute for a few seconds
Step 4
Add onions, and carrots and saute for a few mins until the onions turn translucent
Step 5
Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, and salt. Add 2 -3 tbsp water and mix well
Step 6
Add the bun cubes and coat them well with the sauce
Step 7
Add half of the mint leaves, coriander leaves and spring onions and mix well
Step 8
Turn off the heat and garnish with the remaining mint leaves, coriander leaves and spring onions
Step 9
Serve hot
