Step 1
First we add the flour into a bowl along with the baking soda and cocoa powder and mix well.

We move on to the wet ingredients, crack the eggs into a different bowl ,then add the warm milk,sugar, oil , salt and the plum jam.

Lastly incorporate the dry mixture into the wet one (don't overmix), pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake it at 180c for 20-30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test and gently dust it with powdered sugar while It is still hot.
