If you are a fan of crunch enoki texture, this enoki beef bowl is must! This is bulgogi inspired beef bowl dish:)

Instructions
Step 1

Cut thinly sliced beef into bite sized peices. Then, marinate it with 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1t of sesame oil, and a pinch of pepper.
Step 2

Boil 200ml of water in the pot, and add 2T soy sauce • 2T tsuyu • 2T sugar. (If you don’t have tsuyu, substitute with 3T soy sauce • 1T sugar.)
Step 3

When it starts to boil, add onions and enoki mushroom. Simmer until onion turns transparent.
Step 4

Add marinated beef and scaillion. Cook for another munute! (Don’t overcook; beef can turn tough.)
Step 5

Enjoy it with rice! You can serve as either nabe style or donburi style!
