Add a spoonful of cane sugar. 13. Cook for 5 minutes. 14. Add tomatoes, thyme, rosemary. Mix it up. 15.Put the contents of the frying pan in the baking dish and add the pieces of beef. 16. We send it to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 356 °F (180 °C). 17. While the beef is languishing, boil the potato slices for 10 minutes. 18. Remove the mold from the oven and mix the contents. 19. Put the potato slices on top of the roast. You can pour a little sauce on top. 20.
