Beef Pumpkin Stew
Would be great with stew meat, but I just used the ground beef I had on hand.

Step 1
Cook ground beef in a skillet and crumble.
Step 2
Add onion, bacon, and carrots to a stew pot. Sauté until onions are translucent. Add garlic, zucchini and yellow squash. Cook until Garlic is fragrant. Add pumpkin purée, water to desired consistency, Worcestershire sauce and then beef base to desired saltiness. Boil until veggies are tender. When the ground beef is done browning, drain if desired and season to taste with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders, and add to stew pot. Stir well. Season with Sriracha (2 circles) and salt and pepper to taste.
