Instructions

Step 1
Cook or grill chicken
Step 2
Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Drain pasta water into a bowl and reserve for later use.
Step 3
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets, and 1 Tbsp pesto sauce. Saute for 3 minutes. Turn skillet to low to keep warm.
Step 4
Add pasta, pasta water, cooked chicken, 3 Tbsp pesto sauce, the sea salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Let flavors marinate together for about three minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Weigh the entire recipe and divide the weight by 4 (or # of servings). Divide accordingly.
Step 6
Serve each serving hot topped with 1 Tbsp Paremsan.
