Instructions
Step 1
Mix Lemon Juice, Vegetable Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Cholula Hot Sauce, Pepper, & Garlic together in a large bowl for the sauce.
Step 2
Add Corn & Black Beans to prepared sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add Green Onion & Cilantro to sauced Bean & Corn mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Stir diced Tomatoes into Bean & Corn mixture.
Step 5
Finally, add diced Avocados to Bean & Corn mixture, stirring gently but thoroughly.
Step 6
Cover and chill for at least two hours (preferably overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
