Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pan with water and bring to the boil with the tablespoon coarse salt.
Step 2
When boiling, add bean sprouts, blanch for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 3
Shock in ice water to maintain crunchyness.
Step 4
Drain the sprouts and add to a bowl.
Step 5
Add the garlic, spring onion, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
Step 6
Mix and serve.
