Instructions
Step 1
Fry chicken thighs in olive oil with salt, pepper and oregano for approx 40mins

Once cooked remove from pan
Step 3
Add celery and onion to pan and cook until soft

Make stock
Step 5
Transfer to soup maker and cook on smooth
Step 6
Shred chicken thighs
Step 7
Add shredded chicken and cream to soup and serve
