Instructions
Step 1
Place the garlic and parsley in the TMX bowl and mince 5 sec/Speed 4.5.
Step 2
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Step 3
Insert the butterfly whisk and add the Pumpkin, chili pepper, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min/120°C/Speed 0,5/Inverse Direction/Without measuring cup.
Step 4
Add the Butternut and half of the mushrooms and continue cooking for 3min/120°C/Speed 0,5/Inverse Direction/Without measuring cup.
Step 5
Add the rest of the mushrooms and cook for 5 min/120°C/Speed 0,5/Inverse Direction/Without measuring cup.
Step 6
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
