For the Chicken

4boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tblsplime juice

1 tspnsmoked paprika

1 tspnlemon pepper

1 tspngarlic and herb seasoning

1 tspnadobo seasoning

1 tspnblack pepper

1 tspnginger powder

3 tblspGarlic Seasoning
Crushed

1 tblspsalt

½ cupbutter

4tomatoes
medium

1onion

1 headgarlic

2 tblspdried basil

1 jartomato sauce
small

½ cupwhipping cream

2 tblspbrown sugar

salt
to taste

½ cupolive oil

1 cupparmasan
grated

1 cupshredded mozzarella
Instructions
Step 1
Place tomatoes, halved onion and garlic on a baking sheet. Drizzle in olive oil and sprinkle dried basil.
Step 2
Place in the over for 5-8 minutes on the broiler setting on high or until everything is charred
Step 3
In a skillet on medium heat add butter, once the butter is hot and melted place chicken face down and turn the heat up to high. Let char for 5mins or once there is visible burnt marks and flip. Repeat on the other side
Step 4
Remove chicken and place into a butter baking sheet.
Step 5
To skillet add the broiled vegetables, jar of tomato sauce and whipping cream. Let sizzle on low-meduim heat.
Step 6
Use and emmersion blender to puree the broiled vegetables. Add salt, brown sugar, and parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Pour sauce over chicken and cover with shredded mozzarella. Place in a preheated oven at 365°for for 20mins covered and then uncover and bake until cheese gets golden.
