Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with olive oil
Step 3
Add a small amount of olive oil to a saucepan. Over medium heat cook and stir garlic approximately 3 minutes.
Step 4
Mix in honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Arrange baking sheet. Brush salmon with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with oregano. Bake 11-15 minutes or until flesh flakes. Brush with remaking glaze. Add additional salt and pepper if desired. Transfer to platter and leave skin on foil.
