Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F

Cut puff pastry into 9 equal rectangles and arrange on baking sheet

Pierce edges with fork

Lightly beat egg and use small amount to brush along edges of each rectangle (reserve remaining egg for later)

Sprinkle sesame seeds along edges

Bake for 10 minutes

Meanwhile, mix ricotta and remaining egg

When pastries are baked, spoon ricotta mixture onto each piece. Top with scattered rosemary and Pomegranate seeds

Bake additional 10-20 minutes until edges are golden.
