Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a bowl mix together maple syrup, canola oil, vanilla, cinnamon until combined. You can add the salt into this mixture OR add it on top later. Up to you! Next add in the oats and almonds and mix until well coated. Spread out on a baking sheet covered in parchment or foil. Bake for 30 minutes. When it comes out of the oven I like to take a cup and flatten it so that when it cools/drys it breaks into bigger pieces, but you don’t have to do this if you like it more crumbly. Let it cool and place in air tight container. I like to keep mine in for fridge for the week.
