Step 1
1° Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step 2
2° In a large bowl, combine pancake mix and cinnamon. Set aside.

3° In another bowl, mix ripe bananas until thoroughly mashed.
Step 4
4° Add unsweetened applesauce, eggs, milk, and sugar.
Step 5
5° Combine dry mixture with wet mixture.
Step 6
6° Add in chocolate chips.
Step 7
7° Grease a muffin pan or ready silicone cupcake holders and a baking sheet.
Step 8
8° Bake for 20-24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
Step 9
9° Store covered on the counter or in the refrigerator.
