Step 1
Preheat oven 325°

Step 2
Put sweet potatoes in a medium sauce pan with water to cover. Cool over medium heat until tender, drain and nash



Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, eggs, salt, butter, milk, vanilla, and 1/4 c. brown sugar. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish.







Step 4
In a medium bowl, mix 1/2 the brown sugar and flour. Cut in the butter until the mixture is coarse. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over sweet potato mix. Bake 30 minutes.
