Lemon Chicken Potato Bake

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Step 2
Cut potatoes into wedges
Step 3
Layer potaotes and onions in pan
Step 4
Mix all other ingredients except parsely and dill and pour 1/2 of mixture over potatoes and onions
Step 5
Layer chicken thighs on top of potatoes and onions and pour rest of mixture over
Step 6
Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth to pan
Step 7
Bake for 50 minutes at 400
Step 8
Remove chicken and broil potatoes for 5 minutes
Step 9
Add chicken back in, baste, top with parsely and dill and enjoy!
