Kani Salad Mix
8 ozimitation crab
shredded
4 ozcream cheese
softened
¼ cupJapanese mayo
2 Tbspsriracha
½ tspgarlic powder
2 tspsugar
2 tspsesame oil
2green onions
chopped

Spicy Mayo Sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Shred your intimation krab into small pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine all of your Kani salad mix.

cream cheese4 oz
Japanese mayo¼ cup
sriracha2 Tbsp
garlic powder½ tsp
sugar2 tsp
sesame oil2 tsp
green onions2
Step 3
Mix until smooth.
Step 4
In a baking dish, mix together rice and furikake.

Press down the rice to form one even layer.
Step 6
Layer on the Kani salad mix on top of the rice.
Step 7
Bake at 375°F for 10 mins and then broil for 1-2 mins or until the top is slightly golden.
Step 8
In a bowl, mix together the spicy Mayo sauce ingredients.

Remove the sushi bake from the oven. Drizzle with spicy Mayo, Japanese Mayo and extra sriracha.
