Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken

This recipe takes a lot of prep and work, so if you are not in a hurry, it will work great! I tweeked the recipe a bit, because I didn't have some of the ingredients. I actually marinated the chicken overnight, but accidentally put the ranch in with the marinade - worked out perfect. On the first topping since I had already purchased the ranch dressing in the marinade bag, I added a tbsp of spicy brown mustard, parmesan shredded cheese and colby jack shredded. I did not have mozzarella. I opted not to do the broiler for a minute. As it already has browned. Even with all of the modifications, it was absolutely delicious
