Steaks with Garlic-Herb Butter and Green Beans

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375

Step 2
Heat 1.5tbsp olive oil in oven safe pan at medium heat. Add roasted red peppers to hot pan, cook 2-3 min.
Step 3
Transfer peppers to bowl, add butter and garlic, season with thyme and half herbs de provence. Mix.

Let set in fridge >5min
Step 5
Pat steaks with paper towel, season with salt, pepper, and remaining herbs de provence. Drizzle with 1-2 tbsp oil.
Step 6
Heat pan 1.5 tbsp oil over medium heat, add yellow onions, cook 3-5min. Move to side of pan, add steaks, cook 3-4 min stirring onions occasionally
Step 7
Flip steaks. Place 1 tbsp butter mixture on each steak. Transfer pan to oven, roast 3-5min, or until steaks are done (145+ deg). Remove from oven. Let steaks rest on plate 3min.
Step 8
Saute green beans 3-5min, the add grape tomatoes, cook 2-3min until tomato's blister. Remove from heat.
Step 9
Slices steaks, top with onions and remaining butter
Step 10
Serve!
