Step 1
Brown and cube ham steak and set aside
Step 2
Roll out pie crust and use dough cutter to cut rounds for the quiche.
Step 3
Beat two eggs and season with salt and pepper and add milk.
Step 4
Add pie crust to the bottom each mold of the mini quiche maker. Add cheese, cubed ham and top with egg mixture.
Step 5
Close the lid and cook for 15 mins.
Step 6
Serve immediately or freeze for easy meal prep.
