Ingredients
2 servings
1 packshortcrust pastry
2 Tbsptomato garlic chutney
6cherry tomatoes
halved
0.5red onion
sliced
150gcheddar cheese
grated
Corriander
for garnish
For the egg wash
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C(fan)
Step 2
For the egg wash mix egg yolk with milk.
Step 3
Roll out your shortcrust pastry and cut out the large circle
Step 4
Transfer it to the baking tray lined with parchment.
Step 5
Spread 2tbs of chutney on it, and leave about a 1-inch border around.
Step 6
Then, top up with tomatoes and onion and sprinkle cheddar on top.
Step 7
Fold up the edges and brush them with egg wash.
Step 8
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
Step 9
Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy!
