Instructions

Step 1
Using a sharp knife, remove the visible fat, membrane, and fell from lamb.
Step 2
Then place it in a 13 X 9 inch ovenproof glass casserole.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, honey, oil, and garlic.
Step 4
Pour over lamb and rub it until lamb is completely coated.
Step 5
Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 6
Preheat the broiler.
Step 7
Broil lamb until its done the way you like it, about 7 to 10 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Step 8
Let it stand for about 5 minutes before cutting it into thin slices, then serve warm or chilled.
