Instructions

Step 1
Pat the lamb chops dry with kitchen paper. This helps them brown better in the air fryer.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops. For best flavour, marinate for at least 30 mins (or up to overnight in the fridge).
Step 4
Set your air fryer to 200°C / 390°F for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Arrange lamb chops in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 4–6 minutes per side depending on thickness and desired doneness.
Step 6
Let the chops rest for 3–5 minutes before serving. This keeps them juicy. Serve with lemon wedges and your favourite sides.
