Ingredients

To marinate the lamb mince
2 lbsLamb mince
1onion
chopped
1 tspchilli powder
½ tspturmeric powder
salt
to taste
1 Tbsptomato purée
1 Tbspbreadcrumbs
To cook the meatballs
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the lamb mince with the ingredients above
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a deep pan, add chopped garlic. Sauté for 2-3 seconds and add the meatballs one by one. Do not stir, just shake the pan as you go along.
Step 3
Now add the chillis, salt (only 1/2 a teaspoon) and black pepper powder.
Step 4
Toss it all together, again do not stir as the meatballs will break.
Step 5
Keep shaking the pan every 2-3 minutes until the meatballs are cooked.
Step 6
Now add 1-2 tbsp of soy sauce and ketchup. Mix well.
Step 7
Garnish with spring onions and coriander.
Step 8
Serve hot
