Instructions

Step 1
Make some cuts on the leg of lamb with a knife and let the fat escape. Season the lamb with salt and ground pepper.
Step 2
Crush the garlic cloves, fresh thyme, and rosemary. Make a mixture with the crushed garlic, herbs, and olive oil.
Step 3
Turn the leg of lamb in the mixture until it is coated, and then leave it at room temperature for at least 30 mins.
Step 4
Put the lamb on a roasting pan and place it on the 2nd level of the oven.
Step 5
Insert the Temp. probe into the thickest part and insert the plug into the socket.
Step 6
Tap the button below to start roasting the lamb.
Step 7
After the lamb has been roasted, sizzle some extra garlic in a pan and serve this, together with mint sauce, alongside the meat.
