Instructions

Step 1
Rinse all your ingredients thoroughly, making sure there’s no sand or dirt left on them.
Step 2
Cut the apples, celery and cucumbers into cubes and blend with water.
Step 3
Strain the juice and discard the pulp. You can leave the pulp in if you want to enjoy this as a smoothie.
Step 4
Squeeze the lime, add to the juice and mix.
Step 5
Serve with ice cubes and enjoy.
