Instructions
Step 1
Roast the red bell peppers at 380F for 40 minutes or until the skin looks charred
Step 2
Make the pasta while the peppers bake
Step 3
Remove bell pepper skin and stem and place in blender
Step 4
Add olive oil, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, feta and honey then blend ( add pasta water if too thick ) then blend till smooth
Step 5
Serve with pasta and enjoy
