Instructions
Step 1
Cook ravioli as per packaging instructions. Drain, then set aside.
Step 2
Wash and dry basil leaves. Once dried, add into a blender or food processor, along with garlic, parmesan, nuts, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend or process until smooth. Set pesto aside.
Step 3
Heat a pan or skillet, then mix in yogurt and pesto and bring to a low simmer. Once simmering, add cooked pasta and combine till evenly coated.
Step 4
Top with more parmesan, if desired, and serve.
