Instructions
Step 1
Cut up chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes
Step 2
Marinate chicken for 30 mins in: 2 tbsp of garlic olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1 tbs dark soy sauce, 2 soy sauce, 1 tsp seasoned oil, 2 tsp sugar, salt and pepper
Step 3
Wash 1 cup rice 3 times and put in rice cooker with 1 1/4 cup water
Step 4
Chop 8 baby carrots, 1 packet of snap peas, and 3/4 cup spring onion and place in rice cooker
Step 5
After chicken is done marinating, pour chicken and sauce in rice cooker, close and press "white rice".
Step 6
When rice is done, fry an egg over medium and put on top of rice in bowl. Sprinkle chili oil on top.
