This rich, creamy, vegan mousse is the perfect dessert that is super easy to whip up. The secret ingredient, avocado, adds richness to a raw dessert that is a perfect replacement for traditional mousse.

Instructions

Step 1
Blend everything minus the frozen raspberries. If you are having trouble blending you can always add more maple syrup or water.
Step 2
In a pot, simmer raspberries and honey or maple syrup to taste for 10-20 minutes until thickened. Set aside and cool.
Step 3
Add the avocado mix to a piping bag or ziploc bag and pipe layers of avocado mousse, raspberry compote, and cacao nibs into a mason jar or serving container. Refrigerate for up to a week, or enjoy!
