Step 1
Put your chicken breasts into oil and season it with herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Wash the roman salad, dice it, and let it drain.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (possibly mixed with plain greek yogurt), mustard, some parmesan, Worchester sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and anchovies.
Step 4
Fry the chicken breasts in a pan, and after it´s perfectly cooked, slice the meat and mix the salad, dressing, and chicken. Add some parmesan on top and enjoy!
