Instructions

Step 1
Slice bacon place in pan and render off the fat making the bacon crispy.
Step 2
Then add garlic and onions cook them down
Step 3
Next add tomatoes and stock bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes
Step 4
Finish with chili’s and pecorino and adjust season with salt
Step 5
Toss in pasta and some pasta water stir and serve, garnish with more pecorino
