Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions

Meanwhile, heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add bacon and fry until browned and crisp.

Add garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes; cook until heated through.
Step 4
Put the spinach into a colander and drain the hot pasta over it (to wilt the spinach).
Step 5
Move to a large serving dish. Toss pasta with remaining olive oil, and bacon-tomato mixture.
