5 minute Vitamix 3 Ingredient Brownies

This recipe is so easy and so convenient for a quick healthy power snack. It doesn't require anything but a good high speed blender (or food processor) and a little bit goes a long way with it. It's a great pick me up and helps with chocolate cravings as you won't be needing more than a small square to feel satisfied. Definitely give this a try! If you don't have dates, a third of a cup of raisins will do the trick!

Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to Vitamix blender
Step 2
Blend on low for 30 seconds and gradually increase the speed as it becomes more fine
Step 3
Keep pushing the corners of the ingredients down until it becomes paste like in texture
Step 4
Remove from blender and place on parchment paper
Step 5
Flatten the dough like cookie dough between parchment paper to about a half inch to an inch thick and cut into small squares
