Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients into a bowl. Dough mixer is preferred to make it even easier.
Step 2
Mix the dough on medium speed for 5 minutes. It should form into a ball in the mixer. If mixing by hand, mix all ingredients until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
Step 3
Coat the dough ball in olive oil and cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 45 minutes to an hour.
Step 4
Shape the dough however you like and use it to make whatever it is you desire!
Step 5
For pita bread (a staple), shape into round flat disks coating with flour as you flatten. Set the oven to 450°F and place the flat disks on a baking sheet. And place into the oven for 5 minutes (the dough should puff up with a hollow middle.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and immediately place them together in a large bowl under a towel to keep them soft.
