Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
Step 2
Put dates and butter in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Step 3
Add egg, Greek yogurt and vanilla to the food processor. Mix thoroughly.

Mix buckwheat flour, white whole wheat flour, oats, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix fully.
Step 6
Using your hands, make small balls of dough. Place on greased cookie sheets and press down on the top.
