Instructions
Step 1
1) Start by peeling the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 0,5 mm thick slices.
Step 2
2) Cover the slices with frying mix and shake well.
Step 3
3) Mix water, 100g frying mix, and ice cubes in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Step 4
4) Heat oil in a frying pan. Take a chopstick and stick the end into the oil. If you see many bubbles form around the wood and they start to float up, your oil is ready for frying.
Step 5
5) Dip the sweet potato slices into the batter and fry them until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy :)
