Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 1⁄4” rounds .
Step 3
In a large bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika and liquid smoke. Place the rounds into the bowl and hand toss until well coated.
Step 4
Spread wedges on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flip, bake for another 25 until they are lightly browned and slightly caramelized. Serve and enjoy!
