Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. If air frying 350
Step 2
Place one piece of bread onto a baking sheet. Top with cottage cheese, tomato slices, a dash of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes (11 if air frying)
Step 3
If using frozen avocado cups pull out of freezer and microwave for 15 seconds, smoosh /stir then 15 seconds more (30 seconds total per cup)
Step 4
Remove from oven and top with sliced avocado, hemp hearts and a drizzle of hot sauce. Enjoy!
