Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 400F
Step 2
Med-hi, heat all veggies in pan. Add corn and seasonings last. Add cooked chicken if desired.

Heat off, add beans and cilantro
Step 4
Put sauce in pan. Add 1/2 cup veggies to tortilla and some cheese. Roll tightly, put in pan. Sauce between tortillas. Extra sauce on top. Cheese on top
Step 5
Bake covered for 20 mins
Step 6
Bake uncovered 6-10 mins
Step 7
Garnish: cilantro, avocado, salsa, etc.
